Course Description
This course is designed for higher level wildlife managers, practitioners and planners who are working or intend to work within the wildlife and natural resource management sectors. It focuses on senior employees of the government, NGOs, Community Based Organizations and the private sector with interest in strengthening their leadership skills in wildlife conservation and management. It intends to train conservation leaders of the today, who have a good grasp of the requisite knowledge, skills and experience on contemporary conservation leadership issues so that they can provide effective leadership in the sustainable management of wildlife and natural resources.

Entry Requirements
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 at a Bachelor degree or Advance Diploma in conservation, wildlife management, forestry, fisheries, tourism management, ecology, zoology, environment, geography and planning
- Postgraduate diploma in conservation, wildlife management, forestry, fisheries, tourism management, ecology, zoology, environment, geography and planning
OR
- Candidates with a GPA of less than 3.0 but with two-year experience in conservation, wildlife management, forestry, fisheries, tourism management, ecology, zoology, environment, geography and planning
